Life is rich

Bonnie Rich is Jewish mom on a mission—to stop her family's generational drift away from Judaism. Bonnie wants to wake up her own Jewish soul while pulling her husband and millennial daughters into the process. Along the way, she looks back at her grandfather's oral history, shops for a synagogue, goes on a 40-day diet of prayer, and drags her daughters to meet with Rabbi Shira Stutman of Sixth and I and Rabbi David Paskin. Plus there are Jewish meals with Bubbe & Zayde that are filled with debate and off-key song. The question is, will Bonnie's efforts bring her and her family closer to the culture and religion treasured by her parents and grandparents?
