Drop of Blood

A story about a very dangerous stereotype in which people still believe. It also touches on the very important subject of the so-called blood libel (or blood accusation). Many old Poles: Catholics and Orthodox still believed that Jews kidnapped and murdered Christian children in order to use their blood as a part of their religious rituals during Jewish holidays. Historically, these claims– alongside those of well poisoning– have been a major theme of the persecution of Jews in Europe. ( Source )
