The Taste of Israel

Tom Franz, the German who won the Israeli Master Chef contest in 2013, takes us on a journey through the country to find out what the essence of Israeli cuisine is. It turns out to be the result of numerous memories of homeland flavours of immigrant Jews from all over Europe, Russia and the USA, the Far and Middle East. What we learn, above all is: "Good food unites people. It does not belong to anyone."
