It portrays the youth movement that took place in Porto Alegre in the 80s. The Bom Fim neighborhood is the epicenter of a cultural transformation based on the appearance of the gaucho rock, urban cinema, and street theater who walked hand in hand with other cultural expressions of the period in cities like Brasilia, Rio, Salvador and Sao Paulo.
