A 12 year old girl, must complete family history assignment for school. The boring task slowly becomes a sweeping drama embodying many secrets during three generations of one family, beginning before the Second World War, continuing as Holocaust refugees and ending with the fall of the collective kibbutz idealism. What does this heavy historical burden means for a young girl today, living on the social networks, soap operas and telenovelas? A first-person documentary about the unsettling thought that life is a chain of events governed by coincidence.
