The Mystery of Aris San

Who exactly was Aris San? A Greek, non-Jewish singer who fell in love with Israel? A spy as some people suspected? Journey into the mysterious life of Aris San who arrived in Israel as a young man in 1957 and within five years became a megastar, close friend of politicians, and lover of countless movie actresses. In 1960s Israel, Aris’ hits (“Sigal” and “Boom Pam”) topped the charts, and gossip columns talked about his love affair with singer Aliza Azikri. Then suddenly, he left for the U.S. to start a second career, only to flee to Europe years later and die under curious circumstances.
